in 2011, Michelle and her sister, Alyson, launched 2Sisters Senior Living Advisors. Michelle earned her B.S. degree from Ithaca College in New York, and a Master’s degree from Prescott College in Arizona. She began her career as an activity director opening a new assisted living in Colorado. After working in programming and in operations roles, Michelle found her passion for the sales process in guiding families to the right solution. After hearing so many families say they should have done this sooner, she wanted to help families understand how the right senior living could offer them a better quality of life.
Michelle was the recipient of the Cape and Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 Award in 2016. She enjoys public speaking and is the board Chair and a panelist for the 2019 South Shore Conference for Women. She has presented at conferences for The Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts’ Council on Aging, Massachusetts’ Assisted Living Association, Hope Health and the Massachusetts’ Financial Planners’ Association.
Michelle lives on Cape Cod with her family. She enjoys crafting and being creative, long drives listening to audio books and taking walks in the woods.
Things quickly spiraled out of control with my aging parents. They were both in the hospital with doctors recommending assisted living, and it couldn’t have happened at a worse time. My husband and I each commute 4 hours a day with two kids and another one on the way. Life was completely out of control and we had no idea what to do. We met with Alyson and Michelle right away. They were both very knowledgeable about the options available for assisted living communities in Massachusetts and they helped us move my parents into a wonderful new home by the time they got out of the hospital. Now I can finally rest before my new baby is born.
