Senior Care Consulting and Referral Program
Based on the introductory call, if you are looking into assisted living, it is very likely there won’t be any additional cost beyond the Virtual Care Consultation. Call or email us for more information.
Nursing Home Advisory Program
If we are helping you to nursing home care, we can support you to find facilities based on their care performance data. This allows you to know you are choosing the best possible option. It is very likely the only cost would be for the Virtual Care Consultation and maybe a couple of consulting hours. Call or email us for more information.
Age-In-Place at Home Consultation Services
Plan for the future. Learn how to select a home care provider. We help you understand what considerations are needed to safely stay at home such as: medical alert systems, home modification, grocery/meal delivery, medication management, reverse mortgage, etc. It is very likely the only cost would be for the Virtual Care Consultation and maybe a couple of consulting hours. Assisted Living Referral Program
Based on the introductory phone call, if we are looking into assisted living with you, we will discuss how our refundable Contingency Fee works to see if this program is appropriate. A Senior Care Consultation session is included.
Nursing Home Advisory Program
If we are helping you find a nursing home, our program supports you through coaching and direct placement assistance. Our fees vary based on how involved you want us to be. A Senior Care Consultation session is included.
Senior Care Consultation Services
In addition to the two programs above, we also offer independent Senior Care Consultation sessions related to choosing home care and alternative living options. Consultation sessions are on an hourly basis. This is when we dig deep into your care needs, budget, general preferences, and other important criteria to determine what options you need. You may also receive coaching for interviews and tours as well as tips for communicating with your loved-one.
Guidance for the Next Steps
Working with 2Sisters offers you a personalized action plan. You can expect your plan to include a written review of your Senior Care Consultation session, appropriate resources, and time tables for consideration.

As a client, you are automatically signed up for our monthly newsletter so we can keep in touch. If your needs change or you want support for a separate issue, we offer continual support services. We are here for you.
